Firstly, we would like to personally thank you for making the AGCAB choice for your recent portable building solution.


We realise this can be a busy time, so we thought we would advise you of some of the matters you may wish to consider. We also understand you may be eager to put your AGCAB to use, please take the time to read this email and attachments.

Please note that Agcab reserves the right to periodically update its stock, without prior notice. Stock and items used will change over time, depending on quality control, availability and also research and development. 

Payment terms:

10% Deposit, 40% Upon Base Completion, 50% Upon Cabin Completion. 

We require payment in full prior to the dispatch of your product from our warehouse. 

Once the deposit has been received, AGCAB will commence working on your Order.

Deposits are strictly non refundable, but can be transferred to another order with AGCAB and must be used within 6 months of making the deposit.

Bank cheques to be made to "AGCAB PTY LTD" can be posted to PO BOX 352 Somerton VIC 3062. Please allow up to 3 business days for clearance.

Delivery (in Australia) will occur on a Drop Deck Truck or Flat Top Truck. Please note, that the truck itself with the Cabin on top, is a significant size and will have restrictions in its ability to move in and out of your property. You will need to pre-arrange 2 forklifts (or a crane) to be at your property to assist in unloading - you are liable for the fees. Truck wait times/fees will be billed directly to you, the customer. If you have a property with limited access, the truck will place the cabin at the safest place, commonly at the front of your property.

For an extra fee - you can request (or may have already) a Crane Truck or a Tilt Tray Truck, so that it can unload the cabin on your property. Once again, the truck itself with the cabin on top is a significant size, so you will need to make sure the truck will fit. 

If the truck comes to your address, and cannot deliver due to restrictions, you consent to be charged for the delivery up and delivery back. Please take into account the location of your cabin before committing to any purchase with our company. 

If the delivery address is different to that in the Tax Invoice, you the customer, will be charged for the difference in freight costs.

Delivery Times: You will be notified when your order enters our production line. During COVID-19 and the multiple Lockdowns imposed on Melbourne businesses, we have encountered longer than usual delivery timeframes. All products are delivered ex-Melbourne, please ensure time for delivery (weather, border restrictions, Covid illness and close contacts, and public holiday periods can result in delays).

Self Pick Up - Customers must ensure they have the correct trucks and safe lifting systems in place for collection. 

On-Site Assembly Service:

If you know that your site has limited access and delivery will not be possible for safety or feasbility reasons, you may wish to explore our on-site assembly service. This is especially valuable for those who have very limited access to their back yards. Please contact us for more information and pricing. 


Ex-Plumbing stands for excluding plumbing. Please note, that we do not offer a plumbing service so once you receive your Cabin, you will need to arrange your local qualified plumber to connect items such as toilet, shower, vanity and sink and any taps. 


You have just purchased an insurable asset and we highly recommend you speak to your preferred insurance company to discuss which insurance policy suits your needs best.

Customer Service:

As part of our ongoing commitment to provide exceptional customer service and our marketing strategies we would appreciate if you could complete our online customer survey emailed through to you at the end of the month from when you purchased your product and/or an email to a photo of your product and a short concise review of your experience with AGCAB staff and the product itself. We use these images and feedback through our advertising and social media platforms from time to time.
